Equipment must be installed in residential households of 4 units (housing units, apartments units, condominium units, or otherwise) or less ; Rebates for products installed after 9/30/21 are subject to CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES The DCSEU is committed to working with District businesses to help residents and business save money and energy.
