Place flour in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of seasoning blend, mix well and set aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry, place chicken in a large bowl, add eggs, hot sauce and remaining seasoning blend. Heat about 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss chicken in cornstarch in batches, remove excess cornstarch, and fry for about 3 minutes per side. In another bowl sift, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Pour into wet ingredients, mix slightly, do not over mix. APPLEWOOD SMOKED CHICKEN KABOBS Place in a large bowl. Add all seasonings, olive oil and bell pepper chunks. Mix well. Thread onto bamboo skewers and set aside. Set up grill and lightly grease grates with a little olive oil, cook chicken for 12-15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Baste with a BACON WRAPPED TERIYAKI CHICKEN WITH KIKKOMAN Coat chicken in olive oil, spices, and half the teriyaki marinade. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes are overnight. ANDOUILLE MACARONI AND CHEESE In a dutch oven pot, add 1 stick of butter over medium heat, add flour and whisk well for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and add all the seasonings, whisk well. Add milk and whisk well. Add cheeses by the handful, whisking well after each addition. Cook over low heatfor about 5

Place fish in a large bowl. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat to 350 degrees, not filling more than halfway with oil. Mix seasoning blend and set aside. In a freezer bad add cornmeal and flour and 2 tablespoons of seasoning blend, mix well. Add remaining seasoning blend and hot sauce, eggs, and mustard to fish bowl, mix well. INSIDE OUT HOT WINGS Directions: Rinse chicken and pat dry, in a large bowl add chicken, seasonings, eggs, and hot sauce, mix well and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Mix up batch of chicken fry with seasonings and set aside. Remove chicken from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to frying. In a large cast iron pot or dutch over, heat cooking oil to 350 degrees. SAUSAGE GRAVY AND BISCUITS Directions: Mix seasoning blend and set aside. In a skillet add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add fresh sausage, casing removed. Season with about 1 teaspoon of seasoning blend, cook sausage for about 12 minutes, remove from pan and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to pan, add butter and allow butter to melt. BANANA NUT BREAD WITH CREAM CHEESE GLAZE Instructions. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixer add butter and sugar and beat well until light and fluffy, add bananas and mix well until semi chunky, add eggs, vanilla and sour cream, mix well. In another bowl sift, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Pour into wet ingredients, mix slightly, do not over mix. SMOTHERED SHORT RIBS IN THE SLOW COOKER Remove from pan and place into slow cooker. Add vegetables to pan that you browned the short ribs in and cook for about 5 minutes. Add broth to pan, scraping up brown bits, transfer to slow cooker. Cover slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours, remove lid the last hour to allow the gravy to thicken.
