The Legislature passed SB 50 as part of a deal in which developers then agreed to support a $9.2 HUMBOLDT COUNTY LIMITS BUILDING ON DESIGNATED Humboldt County Limits Building On Designated Timberlands - Spurred by a land use plan intended to remove Pacific Lumber Company from bankruptcy, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors is moving toward adopting policies that would limit residential development on land zoned for timber production. COURT HOLDS L.A. TO CEQA'S FAIR ARGUMENT STANDARD Court Holds L.A. To CEQA's Fair Argument Standard - An appellate court has thrown out a mitigated negative declaration that the City of Los Angeles approved for a 21-lot subdivision in the Sunland area.
