REMEMBERING GLENN JORDAN 05 Jun 2020. Dear community, Our friend and colleague Glenn Jordan, who served as our programme manager for public theology, died on the morning of 4 June 2020 at the age of 55. It appears to have been a cardiac arrest. We are deeply saddened by this loss and profoundly grateful for this man.EVENTS - CORRYMEELA
Even in the last month, there have been incidents of violence that affect the individuals involved, their families, the services responding and all those in the community who are left with a sense of anxiety. RESEARCH - CORRYMEELA Research Countering Paramilitary and Organised Criminal Influence on Youth . In June 2019 a team of academics based in Ulster University were commissioned by the Corrymeela Community on behalf of the Education Authority to conduct research on the theme of young people, youth work and tackling paramilitarism in Northern Ireland.FAITH AND INCLUSION

Through retreats, public meetings, the development of resources and dialogue with major Churches, Corrymeela addresses the impact of exclusion of LGBT people in Northern Ireland society. We work with individuals who are feeling isolated and targeted because of their sexuality, as well as provide training forindividuals

The Gathering 30 Apr 2015 “This was the best weekend I have ever had at Corrymeela,” said a community member to me on Monday. She and almost two hundred others had been part of the gathering – a reunion for 5 decades of volunteers. They came from Ireland, England, Scotland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, The US, Israel and Palestine and even from Ballycastle! The Gathering 30 Apr 2015 “This was the best weekend I have ever had at Corrymeela,” said a community member to me on Monday. She and almost two hundred others had been part of the gathering – a reunion for 5 decades of volunteers. Dear community, Our friend and colleague Glenn Jordan, who served as our programme manager for public theology, died on the morning of 4 June 2020 at the age of 55. It appears to have been a cardiac arrest. We are deeply saddened by this loss and profoundly grateful for this man.
