DEJESUS ARRESTED, INDICTED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES Neftali DeJesus, III, of Columbus, was arrested Mar. 6 on the indictment of sexual assault, a second degree felony. DeJesus was booked and released the same day, after posting $50,000 bond set by Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3 Francis Truchard. SKULL CREEK: INLAND AGREES TO REMEDIATION, REPORTING AUSTIN--Inland Environmental and Remediation agreed to a 90-day timeline to clean up its Altair Recycling Facility and take immediate steps to ensure contamination from the facility cannot reach Skull Creek, or face a potential trial in district court in January. The agreement was reached late Tuesday afternoon. He attended high school at Carroll High School in Corpus Christi and received his degree in Marine Biology from Texas Lutheran College. After college, Billie married his college sweetheart, Carol Stolle, and lived for a short time in San Antonio before settling down inColumbus.
