CIVIC WORKS HUBS EVALUATION AND REPLICATION On December 10, 2018, Elder Services hosted the HUBS Evaluation and Replication Forum to announce the findings of the Evaluation report. The goal of the forum was to reach a consensus on. recommendations for HUBS sustainability in Baltimore City and replication outside of the City. were in attendance. Participants broke out into work groups and CIVIC WORKS INTRODUCING OUR SOLAR INSTALLATION INITIATIVE Civic Works has also installed solar on four homes in Milton-Montford, Belair-Edison, Oliver, and Mondawmin.
