Enter the flat overhand bend (also known as the offset overhand bend). This is a simple but plenty strong enough knot for joining two ropes together when you need to do a double rope rappel. The most important part of a flat overhand bend is to leave plenty of tail, at least 12 inches. Also, make sure you dress flat overhand knots very tidily OSPREY SYLVA 12 WOMEN’S HYDRATION PACK An integrated rain cover tucks away into its own compartment. Compression straps keep everything in place. Lastly, I love the color of my Sylva 12. It’s not black forstarters.

THANK GRABBER FOR TOE WARMERS Pro tip: I place the Toe Warmers on top of my toes so I don’t have a weird-layer under my toes. Stick the adhesive back diagonally across the top of your toes. Line up the rounded edge with the front of your toes, and the back corner over the middle part of your foot. It workslike a charm!
