PILOT PROGRAM TO OFFER INCENTIVES FOR RESIDENTS TO BUY Arizona utility regulators have approved a pilot program for APS to offer incentives for residential customers to buy energy storage battery systems for their homes. Under the program, homeowners could receive up to $2,500 for the purchase of the devices. If successful, the pilot could be expanded statewide for homes and businesses.* Topics
