GOOD PRACTICE REPORT FOI Good Practice 5 Across all London councils there was an average increase of 4.2% in the volume of requests between 2016/17 and 2017/18.4 However, the volume of requests to some councils fell during the period, most notably in Barnet where a substantial increase in the volume of information published proactively has led to a fall in the number of FOI requests.
