The history: August 2020 – December 2020. At the end of August, Legacy, Inc. made an unsolicited offer to Rick Chaves to buy Great Hill Estates. A week later, on September 9th-10th, Mr. Chaves notified residents with a certified letter that he had entered into this contract with Legacy.
