GETTING STARTED WITH HEALTH TRACKERS PM5, APPLE WATCH, HR Re: Getting started with health trackers PM5, Apple Watch, HR etc. I use the Blue Heart app to send HR from my Apple Watch to the PM5 monitor (mirrored to Erg Data) when I am trying to maintain a particular HR. Two years ago I had severe sciatica pain in lower back spreading to left foot, it lasted 3 months and was gone while swimming regularly. I reduced weight and now at 47, height 181 cm, my weight is 82 kgs. I swam regularly from April to September, 3km in a hour.
CAN I STILL ROW WITH AN FOOT FRACTURE? I turned my foot four weeks ago and assumed it was a tendon sprain. I resumed rowing after a few days and continue to row daily ( 8-15k). I don't have any significant pain while rowing. However, I still have pain during any weight bearing activity. I went to the doc today and he diagnosed an avulsion fracture of the 5th metatasal. Pete Plan Thread. Since the last thread was called Pete Plan 2017 and there has been a lot of interest in this plan (both the full Pete Plan and the Beginner Pete Plan or "BPP"), this can be home to an ongoing thread. The Pete Plan as an introduction was written/created by Pete Marston, a UK rower that is still rowing as far as I know. BIKEERG AND ZWIFT CONNECTION QUESTION You need to find a way to connect the PM5 to Zwift, and the Concept2 app won't help there. HIGH SCHOOL ERG TIMES by rowfast77 » February 12th, 2006, 1:17 am. I was just curious how fast other high schoolers were on the erg. I row for Saratoga in ny and have yet to do a 2k this season.CONCEPT2 FORUM
