DIGITAL UPDATE TO DIGITAL FIRST SERVICE STANDARD The updated standard is now called the Digital Scotland Service Standard, with a new, risk-based approach to assessment being developed by the Digital Assurance Office to be confirmed in April. LPPs can support community aspirations on the big challenges for a future Scotland, such as responding to the global climate emergency and tackling inequalities, and help shape local planning policies contained in the Local Development Plan. PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CLIMATE LITERACY ELEARNING FOR The eLearning comprises of 3 modules: The Climate Challenge; Responding to the Challenge; and Taking Action. CPN 1/2021 reminds public sector clients of their responsibilities in handling abnormally low tenders, as set out in Chapter 8 of the construction procurement handbook of the Client Guide to Construction Projects..
