Canadian land systems business has awarded OPTEX SYSTEMS a $1 million order to supply a new sighting system for light armored vehicles usedby Canada’s army.
The order is for Optex’s _Digital Day and Night_ sighting technology and was made under an existing contract between the two companies,Optex said Monday
.
Optex CEO Danny Schoening said the DDAN platform is intended to replace the legacy M36 platform mounted on military customers’combat vehicles.
