LEGAL SERVICES FOR BLACK ONTARIANS LEGAL SERVICES FOR BLACK ONTARIANS The Black Legal Action Centre (BLAC) is a non-profit community legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario that provides free legal services for low or no income Black residents of Ontario, including legal representation, summary legal advice and brief services, if the legal issue directly relates to anti-Black racism.
