Tip onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until slightly smooth, then divide into four to eight pieces, depending on the size of flatbread you want. Heat a heavy-based frying pan over a high heat.LEFTOVER LAMB CURRY
Add the curry paste and fry for 1 min more. Stir through the tomatoes, cinnamon and chilli. Pour in the stock and bring to a simmer. Add the lamb and cook, covered for 1 hr.
