I'm Patricia Welcome to Grab a Plate! Growing up surrounded by my Italian family it was always, "grab a plate" whenever anyone came to visit. Food was always a celebration, even everyday meals, and I FRESH FIG CRUMBLE BARS For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 8x8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray (or coat it with a bit of butter). Set aside. Combine the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and blend with a mixer until smooth. Add the flour and continue to blend until combined. CREAMY PASTA WITH WHITE BEANS AND SPINACH Add the Parmesan cheese and continue to whisk. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the cooking water from the pasta (2-3 tablespoons to start). Allow the mixture to cook for a few minutes. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat. Add the beans, spinach, and basil leaves to the skillet, and turn off the heat. STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CRUMBLE FOR TWO STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add the strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, water, and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook until the rhubarb softens. Remove from the heat. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and ginger in a bowl. Whisk to combine. OKTOBERFEST SHEET PAN BRATS WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, mustard, and brown sugar. Mix to combine and stir until the brown sugar dissolves. Add the vegetables and apples to a large bowl. Pour the mustard mixture over the vegetables and apples, andtoss to coat.
BAKED SAUERKRAUT BALLS Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the sausage and cook, breaking apart with the back of a spoon, until browned. Add the flour mixture to the skillet, stirring to combine. Add the 1/2 cup milk to the skillet, stirring. Cook for a SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP AND SWISS CHARD STIR FRY Spicy Garlic Shrimp and Swiss Chard Stir Fry has got the goods! It’s a little sweet, it’s spicy, and it’s big on (my favorite thing) garlic. This has the makings of an easy meal with big flavors, with shrimp and Swiss chard appearing as the stars in this dish. HAM, SWISS, AND SPINACH EGG MUFFIN CUPS ARE IDEAL FOR Instructions. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the cheese, spinach, ham, and salt and pepper to the mixture and mix. Use a dipper or large spoon to transfer the mixture to the muffin tin wells, filling each almost tothe top.
POTATO, CHICKPEA, AND SPINACH CURRY IS A DELIGHTFUL You’ll love the aromas and flavors that come along with Potato, Chickpea, and Spinach Curry. Not only that, but it’s so easy to make, and perfect as a Meatless Monday (and vegan) meal. Prep time comes and goes quickly — then all you have to do is sit back and wait for the meal to simmer.GRAB A PLATE

Not only that, but it’s so easy to make, and perfect as a Meatless Monday (and vegan) meal. Prep time comes and goes quickly — then all you have to do is sit back and wait for the meal to simmer. WINTER SQUASH, WHITE BEAN, AND SPINACH SAUTÉ When hot, add the onion and cook for about 4 minutes, or until they soften. Add the garlic and cook for about a minute, taking care not to burn it. Add the squash, tomato and juice, and vegetable broth. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the squash softens and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 12-15minutes.
SAUSAGE, KALE, AND WHITE BEAN SOUP WITH ROSEMARY-PARMESAN Sausage, Kale, and White Bean Soup with Rosemary-Parmesan Croutons is a great dish when you want something hearty and easy to make. You could even make this without the sausage for a vegetarian addition tolunch or dinner.
