EFFICACY OF ENZALUTAMIDE PLUS ANDROGEN DEPRIVATION THERAPY Trials in men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (also known as metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer) combining androgen deprivation therapy with docetaxel, 1–3 abiraterone, 4,5 enzalutamide 6,7 and apalutamide 8 have demonstrated significant overall survival benefit beyond ADT alone. Therefore, these combinations are now included in numerous international A PHASE 2/3 PROSPECTIVE MULTICENTER STUDY OF THE Conclusions: The primary end point for specificity was met while the primary end point for sensitivity was not.
