COMMANDER 1ST DIVISION Major General Justin (‘Jake’) Ellwood assumed the appointment of Commander 1st Division/ Deployable Joint Force Headquarters in January 2019. He graduated from the Royal Military College – Duntroon in 1990 into the Royal Australian Infantry Corps. His early career includes platoon command in BUSHMASTER | ARMY.GOV.AU The Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) is responsible for purchasing and supporting the Bushmaster PMV under LAND 116 Project Bushranger. These vehicles are being built in Bendigo in country Victoria. It is delivering over 1000 PMV-Ms to Army and Air Force. Seven variants of the Bushmaster have been purchased: troopENHANCED F88

Contributions to the journal may be made by serving members or those with an interest in the Australian Army and its activities. The close combat warfighting capability of the Australian Army has been strengthened by a $31 million Morrison Government investment in the delivery of a new, three-storey Armoured Vehicle Simulation Centrein Townsville.
MARCH OUT PARADE INFORMATION The ARC March Out Parade commences at 10:00 am and the RRTC March Out Parade commences at 3:30 pm. Visitors will be dropped off at the parade ground and should be seated in the two large sheltered seating areas no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the parade. Escorts and guides will be located around the parade ground to assistvisitors.

Ranks. The rank system forms the backbone of the Australian Army’s structure and defines a soldier or officer’s role and degree of responsibility. The ranks are based upon those of the British Army, although there are some differences in the way they are displayed.FUZZY WUZZY ANGELS
