ARKANSAS REHABILITATION SERVICES, ADULT EDUCATION, AND DIVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE BLIND, UNDER THE DIVISION OF WORKFORCE SERVICES , AND THE OFFICE OF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION, UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, ARE FOCUSED ON DELIVERING INDUSTRY-FOCUSED, DEMAND-DRIVEN EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
