ALL THE STUFF WE COOKED: 49 RECIPES Welcome to the updated edition of Frederik Bille Brahe’s sold-out first cookbook, All the Stuff We Cooked, born of that strange moment when we all learnt what it was to go into lockdown for the first time. From the confines of our respective homes, we came up with the idea of publishing this book in the same spirit of simplicity and integrity that we find in Frederik’s cooking, and from ALL THE STUFF WE COOKED All the Stuff We Cooked is Frederik Bille Brahe’s first cookbook.Edited by Jeni Porter, it features 44 recipes for simple but thoughtful dishes, some staples from his internationally renowned Copenhagen restaurants—Atelier September, Apollo Bar, and Kafeteria—others are personal favourites that he cooks at home forhis family.
FAYE TOOGOOD: ASSEMBLAGE 6, UNLEARNING— APARTAMENTO PUBLISHING This book captures the raw moment of inception behind a designer’s collection. Assemblage 6 started off with almost 300 maquettes: chairs, lamps, stools, or daybeds made of wire, cardboard, tape, and canvas, or the everyday materials to be found in Faye Toogood’s studio. But having lined up these rather crude, almost childlike maquettes, the collection, in essence, was decided. ENZO MARI — APARTAMENTO MAGAZINE Enzo Mari. Interview by Tim Small. Photography by Marco Velardi. art, interview. Apartamento magazine issue #4. The following interview was originally published in Apartamento magazine issue #4. Milan: I was in a really tight spot when Marco’s iChat bubble came up on my screen, asking me if I wanted to interview Enzo Mari. ISSUE #10 — APARTAMENTO MAGAZINE Apartamento Magazine issue #10 Autumn/Winter 2012-13 Featuring: Esther Mahlangu, Yorgos Lanthimos, Witold Rybczynski, Ai Weiwei, Jim Walrod, Christophe Lemaire & Sarah-Linh Tran, Lisa Larson, Devonté Hynes, Edward Colver, Coryander Friend, David Toro & Solomon Chase, Tauba Auerbach, Ken Garland, Rachel Korine, Juan Stoppani, Ola Rindal, KK Barrett, Elein Fleiss, Jasper Morrison, Juergen SEVEN CATALAN HOUSES We think the stylistic legacy of the Ugalde house is present all along the chain of houses, through a certain interpretation of the vernacular and through the consistency of materials used. Most of these projects are holiday homes for bourgeois families, but that is normal considering that people in Barcelona mostly live in apartmentbuildings
ISSUE #26 — APARTAMENTO MAGAZINE Martine Rose, Carlo Rovelli, Anne Holtrop, James Wines, Kali Malone, Bernadette Després, Park Seo-Bo, Tunde Wey, Ottessa Moshfegh, Branzi,OIVA TOIKKA

ALL THE STUFF WE COOKED: 49 RECIPES Welcome to the updated edition of Frederik Bille Brahe’s sold-out first cookbook, All the Stuff We Cooked, born of that strange moment when we all learnt what it was to go into lockdown for the first time. From the confines of our respective homes, we came up with the idea of publishing this book in the same spirit of simplicity and integrity that we find in Frederik’s cooking, and from FAYE TOOGOOD: ASSEMBLAGE 6, UNLEARNING— APARTAMENTO PUBLISHING This book captures the raw moment of inception behind a designer’s collection.
