ANYONITA NIBBLES
Common gluten-free flours for deep-frying are: potato starch, corn flour, rice flour and besan flour. If the food is dipped in breadcrumbs. If it is not, it may be safe to eat. If it is, confirm that the breadcrumbs are gluten-free and that they are made from gluten-free bread. You'll also want to ensure that the food isn'tcoated in flour

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 190c or 375f. Combine the butter, gluten free flour, corn flour, ground almonds and icing sugar in a food processor until mostly smooth. (If you are using a tablespoon of vanilla, add it now.) To get the classic Viennese ridges, make sureyou don't overmix!

Heat the sesame oil in a soup pan and cook the chicken, garlic and ginger for three or four minutes. Blend the cornflour with a bit of the chicken stock to form a paste and add it to the pan. Pour the rest of the stock in the pan along with the sweetcorn. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Once boiled, allow to simmer about five minutes.ANYONITA NIBBLES

Whisk the egg and additional yolk in a medium sized bowl with salt and the seasoning. Combine the flours in a separate bowl, the same size or larger. Coat each chicken thigh in the egg and then in the flour. Then lay each piece on the wire rack and let rest 10 minutes. Warm the sunflower oil in a deep saucepan or fryer.ANYONITA NIBBLES

Instructions: Beef Bulgogi & Rice (Korean BBQ) Combine the sugar, soy sauce, mashed pears, onion, ginger and garlic in a large zip-close bag. Add the beef to the bag. Push out any air and zip close.Gently massage the beef with the marinade for a few seconds. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove the marinated beef from the fridge30

Instructions: Crock Pot Lamb Shanks with Homemade Pappardelle. Spread the flour out on a plate and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Toss the lamb shank in the seasoned flour and give it a shake itremove any excess.

When the butter has melted transfer it to your slow cooker along with the vegetables. 4.
