ANMF (VIC BRANCH) OPERATIONS AND COVID-19 UPDATE Nurses, midwives and personal care workers are on the pandemic frontline caring for the community. Supporting you, and your health and wellbeing, is critical for the ANMF. The ANMF (Vic Branch) office is closed and staff are working from home for the duration of the circuit breaker lockdown. The following changes to ANMF operation are in effect: * ALL INQUIRIES TO THE ANMF MEMBER ASSISTANCE SERVICE ARE VIA OURONLINE FORM .
The Branch triages member inquiries meaning Member Assistance can respond to urgent matters, such as a formal AHPRA notification, a disciplinary letter or a violent incident, and escalate to the relevant ANMF Organiser or other appropriate staff without members waiting on the phone for extended periods. We respond to urgent queries within one business day, and non-urgent queries within three business days. The Branch is exploring how we can achieve shorter response times to non-urgent queries. We will soon update the online form so that if you are logged into our website as a member, you will not need to complete all your personal details when sending an online query. To make a Member Assistance inquiry click this link and scroll to the bottom of the page. You may find the answer to your question in the frequently asked questions on the same page. * INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR ANMF MEMBERSHIP Members can use the member portal to update your details, pay fees, download your tax statement (including previous years), and download your professional indemnity insurance certificate for registration renewal.
