ALT worked with in cooperation with the municipality of Bethel Park, the local community, and other civic-minded partners to acquire and permanently conserve one of the largest remaining green spaces in the Bethel Park for the health, well-being, and enjoyment of current and future generations of area residents. Located in the municipality of Bell Acres in Sewickley, Beadnell Slopes is just north of Sewickley Heights and east of Bell Acres Nature Park. Trails are accessible from a parking area that be found on Beadnell Drive, near the intersection of Beadnell Drive and Marek Drive. Hunting is permitted on ALT land only between September 1 and January 31 ( following PA Game Commission seasons) and you must have a FREE ALT hunting permit, which will be embedded in the bottom of this page on July 1, 2021. Overview. Bethel Green is a newly-protected conservation area. ALT worked with in cooperation with the municipality of Bethel Park, the local community, and other civic-minded partners to acquire and permanently conserve one of the largest remaining green spaces in the Bethel Park for the health, well-being, and enjoyment of current and future generations of area residents. MEADOWVIEW | ALLEGHENY LAND TRUST Meadowview harbors open grasslands and beautiful mature oak trees that contribute to the private and rural character of Sewickley Heights Borough. The property also supports recreational activities such as hiking, horseback riding, and fishing.
