Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Smoked Paprika. Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Smoked Paprika make a simple and healthy side dish to add to any meal. One of my family’s favorites! Seasoned well and baked in oven until crisp! If I had to pick a favorite way to preparepotatoes, it
HOUSE GREEK SALAD DRESSING (GREEK LEMON Instructions. Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, thyme and salt and pepper in bowl. Using a whisk, slowly stream in olive oil and whisk into vinegar mixture. You will see it thicken up a bit (emulsifying) while combining. Store in a jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator after using. CREAMY EGG SALAD WITH CAPERS Directions: In a large bowl combine chopped hard boiled egg, mayo, mustard, celery, capers, salt and pepper. Gently stir until thoroughly combined. Serve on toasted bread of choice (bagels, rye, flatbread crackers are all my favorite) along with sliced tomato, sliced red onion and capers sprinkled on top. Follow AggiesKitchen on Instagramand
HUMMUS CHICKEN SALAD Instructions. In a large bowl, stir hummus, celery, green onions, bell pepper, salt and a sprinkling of pepper. Add chicken and water (or lemon) and stir until mixed thoroughly. Serve with bread or over your favorite salad greens. OLD BAY SALMON CAKES RECIPE + VIDEO In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients until mixed well. Form into 6-8 small patties. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil in pan and spread around. Gently place each patty into hot pan and cook on first side for about 2-3 minutes or untilgolden brown.
SLOW COOKER CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add your chicken sausages to pan, cook on each side until browned, about 4-5 minutes total. Chicken sausage does not need to be cooked through. Set aside. Add sliced peppers, onions, tomatoes, sauce, seasoning, pesto and vinegar into your slow cooker. Gently stir to combine. CLEMENTINE VINAIGRETTE This Clementine Vinaigrette is such a light, fresh dressing for fall-inspired salads like this Apple Celery and Walnut Salad, this Autumn Spinach Salad or this Harvest Farro Salad.If it isn’t already so obvious how much I love using citrus in my homemade vinaigrettes, check out my Honey, Lime and Garlic Vinaigrette and Grapefruit Vinaigrette.. ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SALAD WITH APPLES AND ALMONDS Place chicken, celery, apple and almonds in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayo, tarragon, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour yogurt and mayo mixture into chicken mixture and combine. Serve immediately at room temperature or chilled. ITALIAN STYLE STIR FRY Add chicken sausage pieces and brown on both sides for about 5-6 minutes. Take chicken sausage out of pan and set aside on a plate. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet. Raise heat to medium high. Add minced garlic, broccoli and peppers to pan and saute for 3-4 minutes. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. SMOKY SAUTEED LENTILS Directions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes until soft and fragrant. Add cooked lentils to skillet. Season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes until warmed through and slightly browned. Serve as a side dish, or as yourprotein

You combine the ingredients (panko, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and oregano) for the breading topping and bake. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with foil and then spray with non-stick spray. Place the fillets on the baking sheet. Combine remaining ingredients (EVOO through oregano) in a bowl. ROASTED RED PEPPERS WITH PESTO AND GOAT CHEESE Place in a large bowl (or large ziplock bag) and toss with pesto, olive oil and balsamic vinegar until peppers are completely covered. VEGGIE BURGER WRAPS
Directions: Cook your veggie burger until crisp, according to directions. While veggie burger is cooking, lay out your tortilla and spread your cheese on it. Top with lettuce leaves, carrots and sprouts. Top with veggie burger and a dash of Sriracha or hot sauce. Serve with fruit and enjoy. SUMMER SPINACH SALAD WITH TOMATO Ingredients. 5 plum tomatoes, chopped. 1 medium sweet or Vidalia onion, chopped. handful of kalamata olives, chopped. 2 – 3 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves. 2 – 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil. salt and pepper to taste. 1 CREOLE CAST IRON GROUPER RECIPE For the fish: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cast iron skillet in oven while preheating. (If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, just use a roasting pan, but don’t preheat the pan) In a small bowl mix together oil, garlic, 2 -3 tablespoons of the seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the fish generously with mixture and place in hot PESTO PASTA WITH GROUND TURKEY AND KALE Add 1/4 cup pasta water to turkey and kale mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper. Turn off heat when kale is soft. When pasta is ready, use a large slotted spoon to transfer cooked pasta to turkey and kale mixture in skillet (or drain pasta in sink and add drained pasta). Add pesto to pasta, turkey and kale and toss until combined. SOUTHERN LIVING'S SPICY PISTACHIOS In large mixing bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients, add pistachios, tossing to coat. Arrange pistachios in a single layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Let cool. Store in an airtightcontainer.

SEARED SESAME TUNA WITH ORANGE SAUCE Combine the sesame seeds, flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Dredge both sides of tuna steaks in the sesame seed mixture. Add the fish to pan, and cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove the fish from pan, and keep warm. I got into whole grains about 10 years ago when I started following The South Beach Diet after having my daughter. One of my family’s favorites! Seasoned well and baked in oven until crisp!_ If I had to pick a favorite way to prepare potatoes , it would have to be oven roasting them. I love how they get perfectly crisp on the outside, but still soft on the inside when baked at high heat in the oven. I love seasoning them up real well too; potatoes can be like a blank canvas with endless possibilities with help from your spice cabinet. This potato side dish is one of my favorite recipes to make – and one of my family’s favorite to eat, it’s one of my main go-to recipes.
