A New Award for 2020; the Civil Cadet Pilot Award is awarded to the civil cadet pilot who, during their course at an ATO, demonstrated outstanding achievement and/or potential. Written Paper Prize Awards. The Royal Aeronautical Society Written Paper Prizes celebrates papers by both individual and multiple authors that exemplify the best in AI AND THE FUTURE OF AIR COMBAT AI and the future of air combat. Does AI beating a human fighter pilot in a simulated dogfight mean that the era of humans in air combat is over? EDWARD HUNT dissects recent tests and offers analysis of one of the major trends in military aviation today - the growing role of AI and autonomous systems. It is a truth universally acknowledged that NATIONAL AEROSPACE LIBRARY The National Aerospace Library is one of the world's most extensive libraries devoted to the development of aeronautics, aviation and aerospace technology.
