In the autonomous republic of Karakalpakstan in western Uzbekistan, you can come across abandoned rusty ships near a ghost town called Moynaq. While there are plenty of rusting ships in the world, these are unique because they are surrounded by the desert on all sides. The Vozdvizhenka air base is located close the village of Vozdvizhenka in the Ussuriysk urban district of Primorsky Krai, a strategically important region in the Russian Far East because of its borders with China and North Korea and proximity to the Pacific. The air base consists of an airfield CAMBUSNETHAN PRIORY, SCOTLAND Cambusnethan Priory is located in the village of Overton, North Lanarkshire, Scotland. It is considered the finest surviving example of a quasi-ecclesiastical Neo-Gothic style building in Scotland. Currently, all that remains of the Priory are the ruins of a two-story rectangular house with a deep basement. The Scottish Civic Trust has registered the building as LENNOX CASTLE HOSPITAL The cost of the castle itself and a surrounding 494 hectares (1,222 acres) of land amounted to £25,000. However, the final cost of transforming the former castle into a hospital was £1.25 million. The official opening of Lennox Castle Certified Institution for Mental Defectives took place in 1936. At that time, it was considered athoroughly

The story of Dorothea Quarry begins in the early 1820s. It is found in the Nantlle Valley, Wales, or Dyffryn Nantlle if one wishes to use its Welsh name. The Tiki Palace was supposed to be a dream home for its owner, Bill Hull. He was the owner of two strip clubs, The Castaways Club and Lion’s Den, located next to eachother.
