80s Club Classics. 12″ 80s Club Classics is the 10th volume in the 12″/80s series – 3 more CDs & approximately 4 hours-worth of Old-School (.or Skool?!) Soul, Electro-Funk, Groove, Hip Hop, Techno & House 12″mixes, from the cult club classics to the era-defining dance anthems, these tracks dominated both the world’s dance-floors& charts.
THE BEST BAND OF THE 80S The best bands of the 80s, according to this Smash Hits poll of polls, are as follows: 1. Duran Duran – Perhaps no surprise, given that the band also boasted Smash Hits’ 80s Best Singer (Simon Le Bon) and 80s Most Fanciable Male (John Taylor) 2. Pet Shop Boys – Proof if proof were needed that Smash Hits readers knew their pop music (and BULLSEYE — 80SNOSTALGIA.COM Bullseye used to return after the ads with a section in which a celebrity dart player would try to score as much as possible for charity, with his overall 9 dart score score being converted to pounds.
