SUNDAY READS AND LISTENS Sunday Reads and Listens. Happy Sunday everyone. This Conan O’Brien interview with Seth Rogen is fantastic. The All in Podcast this week was very good as well. David Friedberg does 20 minutes (at the end) on Synthetic Biology that was really interesting. I love these deep dives into new public companies by Mario at The Generalist.SOME SUNDAY READS
Some Sunday Reads. Good morningand happy mothers day to all the wonderful mothers who read my blog, especially the mom who keep our house in order Ellen. The eve of Mothers day 2021 might be remembered for the night Dogecoin topped. Last night Elon Musk was on SNL and it was streamed to Mars. Dogecoin is down 36 percent this morning. THE TINY BUBBLES KEEP ROLLING THROUGH THE MARKETS The Tiny Bubbles Keep Rolling Through The Markets. Rachel works at Rally Rd which has an HQ in SOHO. Rachel has been working from home (our home) and like every young adult that has had to do that it has been grueling. Not for Ellen and I of course. TINY BUBBLES...SEED STAGE EDITION AND SUNDAY READS Tiny BubblesSeed Stage Edition and Sunday Reads. Yesterday I caught up on the ‘tiny bubbles’ that have been rolling through the markets. Today I wanted to talk about the ‘tiny bubble’ that has shown up in early stage seed investing. I have been consistently writing seed stage checks since 2005 so I trust my eyes and ears to tell you DIGITAL LITTER PHENOMENON Digital Litter Phenomenon. Om Malik has a great post and links around Facebook’s decision to open up their search so you can find anyone within the system . Obviously the goal is attracting new members and more page views.
