The CDT focuses on digital identity, personal data and data creativity within the global digital economy, and is TRUSTWORTHY AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS HUB : HORIZON Public opinion on complex scientific topics can have dramatic effects on industrial sectors (e.g. GM crops, fracking, global warming). In order to realise the industrial and societal benefits of Autonomous Systems, they must be trustworthy by design and default, judged both through objective processes of systematic assurance and certification, and via the more subjective lens of users MEMA 2.0 AND CONSENT: WHO WILL LOOK AFTER YOUR MEMORY MeMa 2.0 and ‘Consent’. MeMa 2.0 involves work on the MeMa product design for the older adults with dementia who may lose their capacity to give consent at one point. The research team is designing a system that is sensitive to that change in capacity and provide users with options regarding how information can be controlled or shared with THE PEOPLE – CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL ANALYTICS Dr Gregor Engelmann. The Fairness Toolkit has been developed for UnBias by Giles Lane and his team at Proboscis, with the input of young people and stakeholders.
