Programs: Summer Reading starts on June 1! All ten of our locations will be hosting outdoor programs this summer: Check our quick reference guide for weekly storytime programs, but make sure to visit our events calendar for the latest information, including special Saturday programs at some of our locations. *Please note that Bailey Cove programs will be held at Willow Park in South Huntsville.CONSTRUCTION
The South Huntsville Library- Coming Summer 2021*. The library is being built on the northern end of the old Grissom High School campus and will be the cornerstone of the Sandra Moon Community Complex. The new library will be approximately 30,750 square feet. The library cost is $9.5 million. It represents a collaborative effort between the FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY FOL is a national organization devoted to supporting local libraries. In Madison County, we promote the interests of HMCPL and its related libraries in community activities and in funding. It’s easy to join Friends of the Library.
