As we all know, history has been on hold. But with a phased reopening of some of our attractions across Scotland, it’s time for the excitement to restart. SCOTTISH HERITAGE PASS For each day that a pass is valid, its owner can visit a wide range of Scotland’s must-see heritage attractions – for no additional cost. The Scottish Heritage Pass is sold exclusively to the travel trade. You will earn 20% commission on all sales of the pass. Popular attractions covered by the pass include: Edinburgh Castle. MAESHOWE CHAMBERED CAIRN Get a taste of the fascinating discoveries that await at Maeshowe, one of Europe’s finest chambered tombs, built some 5,000 years ago. When you arrive at Maeshowe Visitor Centre in Stenness village a shuttle bus will take you to and from the cairn. We advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment. DALLAS DHU HISTORIC DISTILLERY Count the six great washbacks where yeast fermented the sugary wort into a weak alcohol called ‘wash’. Step inside the still house, the spiritual heart of the distillery, where the ‘wash’ was transformed into fiery spirit.
