SMOKED STEAK: THE ULTIMATE GUIDE Smoked Steak. We’re highlighting smoke as a flavor ingredient in this recipe. That’s right. Smoke is an ingredient! You should be able to taste the beef and the smoke, and the basic seasoning is there to bring it all together and help the beef taste even better. THE BEST GROUND BEEF JERKY RECIPE Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and combine with hands to distribute the seasonings evenly through the meat. Form the jerky sticks. Fill a jerky cannon and extrude the jerky onto flat racks at your desired length. Be SMOKED BONELESS BEEF SHORT RIBS Smoke the beef short ribs. Place the seasoned ribs directly on the grates in the smoker. Close the lid and smoke for 3-3.5 hours. This smoke is similar to a brisket smoke. Wrap and finish smoking. Remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap in foil to BEST EVER SMOKED MAC AND CHEESE Turn off the heat and pour in the cooked macaroni noodles. Stir gently until the noodles are coated by the cheese sauce. Combine the melted butter, sweet rub, and panko bread crumbs in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the mac and cheese. Place the skillet in the smoker, close the lid, and smoke for 1 hour. BEST GRILLED PORK LOIN ROAST RECIPE Grilled Pork Loin Roast. This recipe for grilled pork loin roast is a keeper. Not only does this recipe use my Award Winning Chicken Seasoning, but the added flavor from the grill can be considered an added flavor by itself.The chicken seasoning is an amazing blend of garlic, onion, rosemary, and thyme to give the pork a very traditionalroast flavor.
