Add your franks hot sauce to the top of the meat and spices. Add your new potatoes around the roast and add your lid. Let your roast cook on low all day and TACO PIZZA WITH CAULIFLOWER CRUST (GF) Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425F. Remove the cauliflower crust from the package and add to a pizza pan. Add the pizza sauce over the crust evenly. Top the pizza sauce with the cooked taco ground beef. Follow by spreading the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the ground beef. Place in the 425F oven for 10-12 minutes. WHOLE30 CREAMY BUFFALO CHICKEN CASSEROLE Instructions. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9X9 or a 9X13 baking dish with olive oil. Crock Pot Version. Turn your crockpot on low and add your beef broth and roast. Season the top of your roast until completely covered with the spices. (salt, pepper, minced garlic, onions). Add your franks hot sauce to the top of the meat and spices. Add your new potatoes around the roast and add your lid. Let your roast cook on low all day and TACO PIZZA WITH CAULIFLOWER CRUST (GF) Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425F. Remove the cauliflower crust from the package and add to a pizza pan. Add the pizza sauce over the crust evenly. Top the pizza sauce with the cooked taco ground beef. Follow by spreading the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the ground beef. Place in the 425F oven for 10-12 minutes. WHOLE30 CREAMY BUFFALO CHICKEN CASSEROLE Instructions. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9X9 or a 9X13 baking dish with olive oil. In a large bowl, add the cauliflower rice, onions, green onions, banana peppers or green chilies, cooked shredded chicken, Franks Red Hot Sauce, mayo, ranch, nutritional yeast and the rest of the seasoning. STEAK AND CARAMELIZED ONION FRITTATA (W30, KETO) Instructions. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp ghee. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Preheat the oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.; In a large mixing bowl, combine bison, egg, onions, seasoning, salt, and tapioca flour.Mix until everything is completely combined- the best way to do that is with clean hands. WHOLE30 60 SECOND MAYO A creamy Whole30 60 second mayo that is better than store bought. This recipe is Whole30, Keto and Dairy-Free. Great on lettuce wraps and asa sauce base.
WHOLE30 POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 9×13″ pan with non-stick spray. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, coconut milk, ghee, onion powder, garlic powder and xanthan gum. Heat over medium heat until the mixture becomes thick. Around 3-4 minutes. Add the chopped chicken, sour cream and poppy seeds to the pot. Mix together until PALEO DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Instructions. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil and coconut sugar until completely combined. Add in the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Stir in dark chocolate chips. Roll each ball into the size of a golf ball and add to a baking pan withparchment paper.
