TO NEW BEGINNINGS
Hi everyone, Glad to see you. I haven’t made a post for sometime. My regular job is dying and it got me a little down. Being laid off at 58 is a lot different from 30 something. Am I retired or not? Well there it is! That’s my Home Gym. I have been using this equipment for over 15 years and I have no intention of trading up or sideways. I have not discovered an exercise I cannot do or a muscle group I cannot effectively train with this setup.
