Finding creative and unique ways to display your most precious memories doesn't have to be hard. Using dollar store picture frames, paint and printing out your images, was all that was needed to create this adorable lantern! Makes great gifts too! " Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. Decorative Painted Halloween Pumpkins. DIY Halloween Boo Letters. Halloween Mason Jar Luminarias. Fall Burlap Wreath. DIY Wood Photo Block. DIY Wood Sign. DIY Succulent Planter. Front Porch Curb Appeal.Crate Coffee Table.
SUCCULENT PLANTER
Succulent Planter Materials: 1 large pot. 1 smaller pot. 1 Terra Cotta Pot to fit inside the large pot. Succulents of choice. Cactus Palm & Citrus Soil. Place Terra Cotta Pot upside down in large pot. Tip: line your flower pots with coffee filters to keep the soil in and the water draining. I didn’t get a picture of the next step. DIY PHOTO COLLAGE LETTERS Apply mod podge to the wood and then place the images on top, so it will be glued on to the wood. Let dry. After you have applied all the images to the wood with mod podge and it is completely dry, use a sponge brush and apply a thin coat of polyurethane over the top of the images and on all the painted wood areas.. HOW TO CREATE A RUSTY FINISHED LOOK ON METAL I just let mine dry overnight. Step 2. After letting the primer dry for 12 hours or overnight then paint a thin layer of the oxidizing iron paint that was in the kit. You will need at least 2 coats of this or more depending on the project. Mine took 3 coats. Step 3. Now time to give the metal a rusty finish. DIY FAUX SUCCULENT GARDEN USING DOLLAR STORE FRAMES moss. faux succuletns. faux twigs. paint. dark wax (optional) paint brush. It all started with these three dollar store frames. I painted the frames using Americana Decor Chalky Paint in color primitive with two coats. Once that was dry I applied some dark wax in certain areas with at lint free cloth to give it a rustic look. DIY PHOTO COLLAGE LETTERS Apply mod podge to the wood and then place the images on top, so it will be glued on to the wood. Let dry. After you have applied all the images to the wood with mod podge and it is completely dry, use a sponge brush and apply a thin coat of polyurethane over the top of the images and on all the painted wood areas..
