URGE: USAR UN CONMUTADOR DE 3 PATILLAS COMO INTERRUPTOR He comprado unas palanquitas de dos posiciones que tienen 3 patillas para soldar. Podriais decirme como soldarlas para usarlo como si fuese un interruptor para un cátodo azul? Larabel ha publicado un extenso artículo con resultados de pruebas de rendimiento de programas x86 en el nuevo procesador de Apple. Esto se consigue con emulación a través de un programa llamado Rosetta, que ya se empleaba en la época en la que se migró de PowerPC a x86. Anoche alguien nos trajo un Zen 2 portátil con 8 núcleos, SMT y un TDP de sólo 35W. Su rendimiento es muy diferente al resto de procesadores, lo cual es comprensible dada la generosa cantidad de núcleos conjugado con un comedido TDP. En monohilo es comparable a un Core i7-9750H y en multihilo saca una puntuación similar al Ryzen 5 3600. En los test monohilo, tanto en las pruebas de enteros como de coma flotante, no queda demasiado bien parado y en la prueba de enteros en concreto, su resultado es de los peores que tenemos en AVX2, superando sólo a un i3 serie U y un AMD A9. En cambio, destaca en rendimiento para tareas genéricas, dando un rendimiento similar a un i9-9900K. Queda en posición 24 del ranking general y es el Zen 2 más lento que nos ha llegado. _19 de November de 2020_

Alguien nos ha traído este Zen 2 con 16 núcleos, SMT y 64 megas de caché L3. Saca cerca de un millón de puntos, lo que lo coloca en tercera posición del ranking general. Tiene un rendimiento similar al i9-10940X, al que supera ligeramente en monohilo aunque el Intel acaba sacándole un 15% en multihilo. Es el AMD más rápido que tenemos y queda en primera posición en el test de compresión zip. _18 de November de 2020_
