Other Players guides are based on the FM 2015 interface. Player personality descriptions and media handling styles have been updated for FM 2020. PLAYER PERSONALITIES Ambition. Controversy. Loyalty. The player duties, in order from higher risk to lower risk, are: Attack. Support. Defend / Stopper / Cover. The Support duty provides a balance between the Attack and Defend duties. The Stopper and Cover duties can only be used for players in centre back playingpositions.

The four main ways to sign a player are: Buying a player. In most cases where a player has a professional contract with his club you will need to agree a transfer deal with the club before being allowed to talk to the player. This is done by submitting and, if necessary and possible, negotiating a transfer offer.If an agreement is reached then you can begin contract negotiations with the player. CENTRAL MIDFIELD ROLES Central midfield includes all of the roles/duties that are available in the DMC and MC playing positions. Analysed below for each central midfield role is: Game description – the description of the role/duty as given in the game. Player instructions – the player instructions given by the role/duty. TACTICAL PLANNING
The Last Match section shows stats from the team’s last match and provides a link to view the match – This can allow you to assess how the team set up and performed in its last match, in particular the formation, roles and duties that it used as shown on the Formations section of the Analysis tab when viewing the match. You can also view the team’s other recent matches on its Schedule PHYSIOS | FOOTBALL MANAGER 2021 GUIDE Physios work with your senior squad, reserve squad and youth squad, while you can also employ reserves physios and youth physios to work specifically with those squads.. Your head physio, if you employ one, takes on the responsibilities of a normal physio and also provides you with injury reports, as well as fitness information on each player’straining report.
SIGNING STAFF
This can be useful if, for example, you want to sign the staff member in a specific role or if the staff member’s demanded wage is above the maximum you can offer. Successful player development can help you to secure long term success for your club both on the pitch and financially, as it can give you a continuous supply of quality players who you can then either play in your senior squad or sell on for a profit.
