GSSA CAPITOL REPORT – DAY 40 SINE DIE Legislative day 40, was long and cumbersome.  Both chambers seemed to slow the pace down as the night lingered on and the legislative process was became very bumpy.  No more evident than with HB 322 a Georgia procurement registry bill dealing with the bid process that the House and Senate seemed to become very confused

GSSA CAPITOL REPORT – DAY 39 Legislative day 39, a day that lingered into the early evening. SB 68 which is the audit bill had several other bills attached to it. Including the Chief Turnaround Officer HB 32 which places supervision of the CTO under the state school superintendent instead of the state board of education.  There is also a bill attached
