Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl combine the flour and next five ingredients. In your mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Add the applesauce, water and vanilla and mix. Add the flour mix and beat just until incorporated. With a large spoon or spatula fold inLIVER AND ONIONS
Instructions. In a large skillet, fry the bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Break into pieces. Drain most of the bacon grease, leaving enough to sauté the onions. Add more as needed for the apples and liver in the following steps or use your oil of choice. Add the onion slices to the skillet and sauté untiltender.

Usually, running cold water in the top bowl does the trick. If that’s not enough, however, you could put ice in the top bowl and run warm water over the bottom bowl.
