Add sugar and continue to beat on medium speed about 30 seconds. Add vanilla, melted butter and oil, and blend. CRANBERRY ALMOND SCONES In the bowl of an electric mixer, add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir together just to combine. Chop cold butter into small pieces, then add to mixer and blend until the butter is broken down into very small pieces, and the mixture is crumbly. Add eggs, one at a time (while mixing). CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE FOR TWO Prepare the filling. In a small bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave (at 50% power) until almost melted. Stir until fully melted and smooth, then set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer (using the paddle attachment), blend (room temperature) cream cheese until fully smooth. Add sugar and salt and blend. Scoop, then press the batter into a rectangular tart MINI KAHLUA CHEESECAKE Make the crust. Melt the butter in a small bowl. Place the oreo cookies in a large ziplock type bag, and crush using a rolling pin. Place crushed cookie crumbs in a medium sized bowl and combine with melted butter. Add about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each of the 12 mini cheesecake wells. THE BEST STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CAKE Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare three 8" cake pans by lightly greasing the sides of the pans and then dusting with flour, then line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper. Once the first layer of color has dried (maybe 10 minutes), place your stencil at a diagonal across the cookie (as pictured). Spray lightly with color. 3. Pick up your label (the paper and PRETTY PACKAGING FOR COOKIES 3. Staple the folded tag over the folded cellophane AND a (pre-cut) strip of ribbon. 4. This shows the ribbon and tag stapled. 5. Tie the ribbon once, then make a bow. (I tie the ribbon before making the bow so that the finished bow lays straight) 6. Finished favor bag (just ignore the fact that the cookie isn’t decorated!) =) THE BEST STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CAKE Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare three 8" cake pans by lightly greasing the sides of the pans and then dusting with flour, then line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk, then set aside. BANANA CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING For the Cake. Preheat oven and grease an 8″x8″ pan (with butter or non-stick cooking spray). Whisk together sugar, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, mashed banana and vanilla in a large bowl. Add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder, and stir with whisk or spoon until fully combined and smooth.

LEMON TEA COOKIES

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch and salt, then set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, and beat until fully incorporated. Add lemon zest, then, while mixing, slowly add lemon juice. While mixing (on low), slowly add flour mixture and blend until all of the flour is fully MINI KAHLUA CHEESECAKE Make the crust. Melt the butter in a small bowl. Place the oreo cookies in a large ziplock type bag, and crush using a rolling pin. Place crushed cookie crumbs in a medium sized bowl and combine with melted butter. Add about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each of the 12 mini cheesecake wells.

Heat oven to 350*F. In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for one minute. Stir in boiling water (the batter will be thin, don’t worry, this is right). CRANBERRY ALMOND SCONES In the bowl of an electric mixer, add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir together just to combine. Chop cold butter into small pieces, then add to mixer and blend until the butter is broken down into very small pieces, and the mixture is crumbly. Add eggs, one at a time (while mixing).

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt, and set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, BUTTER PECAN BUNDT CAKE Preheat oven to 325°F . Grease and flour the bundt pan. This is an essential step for properly removing the baked cake, so be sure to do a thorough job. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend the butter until fully smooth. MANGO LIME CHEESECAKE Add mango and fresh lime juice to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and continue to blend. Add eggs, one at a time (while blending). Add sour cream, vanilla, mango/lime puree and

lime zest.
