Below the Alpine village of La Rivoire, in a run-down house without running water, GEM’s first French youth camp was held in 1967. In 1969, other buildings in La Rivoire became available and the purchase of the Camp Des Cimes property was finalized. Young Christians from across Europe and the United States then came together JESSE AND JOYCE NORTHCUTT Our vision is to be part of a developing movement of God's Kingdom in Ireland to see people come to know Jesus personally, grow in a relationship with Him and reach out to others around them.By using our gifts of training, equipping, and hospitality we desire to see disciples of Jesus established in the faith, connected to local communities of believers and investing themselves in the lives of DWIGHT AND MELISSA POGGEMILLER After leading us for a time along separate paths, the Lord brought us together in 2000 as a married couple to serve Him long-term in Romania. Since then, the Lord has continued to confirm His call on our lives for this part of the world, bringing four children (Dwight Luke, David Christian, Lydia Joy, & Annalis Helena) to join our team over the past several years.
