BAND INTERVIEW: IBYSS Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life are very proud to bring you an interview with the German industrial metal band, Ibyss. Their new EP is titled Hate Speech & was released on the 31st of January this year. ALBUM REVIEW: KING DUDE For the past few years King Dude has been one of the most misunderstood voices in folk music. He's been accused of everything under the sun; to some he is a violent psychopathic Satanist, to others he is a charlatan-left-leaning coward And that's just scratching the surface. Beware and be aware, King Dude is a force to be reckoned with. Full Virgo Moon will be released on March 13th 2020 THE 10 MOST TERRIFYING ENEMIES IN RESIDENT EVIL The Resident Evil franchise is responsible for some of the most terrifying monstrosities to ever grace the medium. I started thinking, which ones are the most chilling, daunting and formidable? Here’s my list of the top 10 scariest enemies in Resident Evil. ALBUM REVIEW: PERTURBATOR Perturbator – who received massive acclaim as the face of retro-inspired dark electronic music – breaks free from the ubiquitous clichés of synthwave. Lustful Sacraments represents James “Perturbator” Kent’s most mature work to date, merging the dark synthesized tones that made Perturbator a household name with classic post-punk, goth, and heavy techno rhythms. HORROR MOVIE REVIEW: THE CHURCH (1989) The film is a slow–burner with the first 40+ minutes setting up the breaking of the seal in the church crypts. It’s well done & anticipation is high for what will occur once the demons are released. HORROR MOVIE REVIEW: ONE REMAINS (2019) Directed by Josh Hodgins and starring Vanessa Leigh, Ryan O'Quinn and Christopher Atkins, One Remains is a movie of moments. A better and more coherent plot and we’d be talking a lot more positively about the overall product sadly. HORROR MOVIE REVIEW: BOOK OF MONSTERS (2018) Book of Monsters is a horror/comedy film that was directed by Stewart Sparke, it released in 2018. It came to fruition due to a successful Kickstarter campaign. HORROR MOVIE REVIEW: GALAXY OF TERROR (1981) This is the planet master a powerful mystic & the person in control. He instructs the military to conduct an expedition to the planet Morganthus & the ship Galaxy is sent with a motley crew led by the unstable Captain Trantor. GAMES, BRRRAAAINS & A HEAD-BANGING LIFE Urban Waste’s self-titled 1982 EP and Antidote’s “Thou Shalt Not Kill” EP from 1983. Two classic staple NYHC releases that went on to influence many in the world of punk, hardcore and metal. ALBUM REVIEW: NAHAYA Texas' Nahaya (ft. Members of Oceans of Slumber, Vesperian Sorrow, ex-Kingdom Collapse, Painting the Massacre, Cerebral Desecration) will release their new album "Vital Alchemy" on May 21st 2021 via RockshotsRecords.

ALBUM REVIEW: ANGELS AND DEVILS Angels and Devils from Breda, the Netherlands is Michel Meijer’s new solo project. The 12-track debut album 'Welcome To Paradise' will be released on May 28th, 2021. ALBUM REVIEW: MENTAL CRUELTY German haunting death metal quintet Mental Cruelty return with their terrifying new album ‘A Hill To Die Upon’, released via the mighty Unique Leader on the 28th May, 2021. ALBUM REVIEW: ALUSTRIUM Progressive death metal quintet Alustrium return with their stunning new record A Monument to Silence, to be released on the 18th June 2021via Unique Leader.
EP REVIEW: CATAPULT THE RHINO Catapult the Rhino are a groovy bunch and this five-track EP has a ton of body-shaking, head-nodding and foot-tapping energy about it. A catchy blend of stoner, desert rock, psych sensibilities and good-timerock ‘n roll.
ALBUM REVIEW: MACABRE DECAY Old-school death metal band, Macabre Decay will release their brand-new album, Into Oblivion on June 18th, 2021 via Grind to DeathRecords.
EP REVIEW: ARROWS IN WORDS FROM THE SKY BY MACHINE HEAD Machine Head are back with a brand new chunk of music in the form of three tracks on a release titled Arrows in Words from the Sky. THE 10 MOST TERRIFYING ENEMIES IN RESIDENT EVIL The Resident Evil franchise is responsible for some of the most terrifying monstrosities to ever grace the medium. I started thinking, which ones are the most chilling, daunting and formidable? Here’s my list of the top 10 scariest enemies in Resident Evil. ALBUM REVIEW: SILVER TALON Rising from the ashes of Portland traditional heavy metal band Spellcaster, Silver Talon aims to keep the flame of heavy metal burning. Formed by ex-Spellcaster members Bryce VanHoosen (guitar), Gabriel Franco (bass), and Sebastian Silva (guitar) in the spring of 2017, and joined by vocalist Wyatt Howell (Sanctifyre) shortly thereafter, Silver Talon seeks to pickup where Spellcaster left off. HORROR MOVIE REVIEW: THE HORRIBLE HOUSE ON THE HILL (1974 So kids are creepy, right? An army of J-horror fans will tell you so (well at least girls with long black hair are). There are some classic horror movies that involve children being suitably evil but most always seem to revolve around a bigger, more sinister event that is out of their control.
