CRISPY PIZZA TOFU NUGGETS Crispy Pizza Tofu Nuggets. Years ago, before I was on Pinterest, I saw a recipe for some pizza tofu and I copied and pasted the recipe into a word doc. Old school.Yesterday I was in the mood for some tofu to go with a pasta dinner and I remembered that old recipe.VEGAN PIZZA POCKETS
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a clean floured surface roll out one sheet of puff pastry slightly. Place each round onto prepared baking sheet. Top each piece of puff pastry with a small dollop of pizza sauce—about 1 - 2 teaspoons. Top with cheese, and fillings. PERFECT VEGAN BROWNIES Instructions. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch baking pan* with extra coconut oil and set aside. In a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, melt 3 ounces of chocolate chips and 1/4 c coconut oil. When melted, remove from heat. Add in brown sugar, maple syrup and pinch of salt and whisk together. VEGAN NEVER FAIL FUDGE Before you start, fill a small glass with very cold water. Line an 8x8" baking pan with parchment in both directions, making a cross. Set both aside (keep water near to your stovetop!). Place sugar, butter, salt, marshmallows, and coconut milk in a small saucepan. Heat over medium/medium low, stirring constantly. HOW TO MAKE AIR FRIED BROCCOLI (3 VARIATIONS) 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce together. Add the ginger and garlic and set aside to marinade while you prepare the broccoli. Toss the broccoli with the avocado oil and salt in a bowl. Prepare according to air frying directions above. When cooked, dip LEMON OLIVE OIL CAKE WITH CHIA SEEDS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a bundt pan. In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chia seeds. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, maple syrup, water, lemon juice and zest, and lemon extract. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until just combined. DIY COLD BREW COFFEE BAGS Place each coffee bag in a separate mason jar. Add about 12 ounces of water to each jar. Place jars in the fridge and allow to brew for 48 hours. Remove jars from fridge, and remove coffee bags from jars, giving a very gentle squeeze to remove excess coffee. Add ice, creamer and sweetener as desired, and serve! CORNED JACKFRUIT FOR ST. PATRICK'S DAY Slice carrots on the diagonal, about 1/4" thick. Dice potatoes into 1/2 cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, and spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast both pans of veggies for about 30 minutes, carefully flipping the cabbage discs half way through, and tossing the potatoes and carrots. Serve with corned jackfruit. A quick queeze with my favorite tofu press and a shake of some cornstarch for crispiness, and the air fryer does the work for me while I prep the rest of dinner! Easy peasy!
