Stand on a non-stick tray and freeze for 2 hours. Mix 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter with 1 tablespoon water. Add 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and CUCUMBER | FRESH FOR KIDS Steam, boil, bake, stir-fry or microwave and serve cucumbers as a vegetable, in soup, or stuffed. Cucumber And Garlic Dip. Coarsely grate 3 medium Lebanese cucumbers. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add 500g yoghurt, 3 cloves minced garlic, a tablespoon PINEAPPLE | FRESH FOR KIDS Sprinkle with chopped ham, pineapple pieces, grated mozzarella and tasty cheese. BOK CHOY | FRESH FOR KIDS Bok Choy Quiche. Pan-fry one bunch of chopped bok choy leaves and one diced onion until soft. Drain and spread in prepared pastry case. Sprinkle with tasty cheese. Mix 2 beaten eggs, 2/3 cups cream and 1/3 cup milk and pour over bok choy. Bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes or until filling is set. Bok ChoyTURNIP & SWEDE
Heat 300ml milk until nearly boiling. Add a dash of Tabasco and 1 clove minced garlic. Pour over turnips and bake, covered, at 180ÌC for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake further 40 minutes, or until tender. Turnip Tops with Bacon. Pan-fry 250g bacon until browned. Remove bacon pieces. Saute washed and chopped turnip tops untiltender.

Prepare a packet butter cake according to directions, pour half the mixture into the cake tin, arrange apple slices evenly and top with remaining mixture. Bake according to directions allowing an extra 5-8 minutes. Apple Crumble. Peel, core and slice 6-8 apples.ACTIVITIES & GAMES
