6-7:00pm Mixed Level Intermediate Flow and Alignment w/Nikki. This class is a mix of mindful flow to warm the body, poses to work the core, and then taking some time with alignment and balance in TEACHERS — THE INNER GUIDE SCHOOL Nikki Dale-Oaster has been a student of yoga for 10 years. She began her journey while owning a busy take-out and catering restaurant. Her life was busy, busy, busy, yoga helped bring physical and mental balance to her body and life.

Jena is a Greensboro local and graduated from UNCG. She is also a proud mama. Jena is currently gaining more knowledge about the body in Massage therapy school at GTCC. She started her yoga journey about 5 years ago at FSY. She is an RYT- 200 with the Yoga Alliance. Jena focuses her practice on using the breath and movement and calm the mind to allow the body to fully experience the practice to receive what it needs. Jena is a proud advocate of using yoga to manage mental health and the stressors of life.  Jena has used yoga to improve her mental health and outlook on life. Now she wants to share her journey with the community and support mental health awareness. Class description- 4-week Recharge and Refresh series. February 1st- 22nd Saturdays @ 7 am. Late on your new year’s resolution?  This class is guided towards refreshing and recharging you in the new years. This class with consist of a beginner to intermediate slow-paced flow.
