APPLY FOR A GRANT
The application process. To apply for funding from Forte, you need to use our application system Prisma. Prisma is the joint application system for Forte, Formas and the Swedish Research Council. Through a single account in Prisma, you can manage your applications with all three research councils. Instructions for each individual call arefound
ANNUAL OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS Time plan for the annual open call for proposals 2021. 3 December 2020. Stage 1 of the call for proposals opens. 4 February 2021. Final date for applications in step 1. February-March 2021. Applications are assessed by Forte’s review panels. April 2021. Decisions on which applications have been accepted to step 2 are published in Prisma. THE APPLICATION PROCESS In order to submit an application, you fill out the application form in Prisma linked to the call and the grant type that you are interested in. Instructions on how to fill out the form can be found on the page relating to the call on forte.se.TYPES OF GRANTS
Research Centre Grant. Grants for so-called “Forte centers” are intended to support research environments that are particularly prominent in Forte’s areas of responsibility. The grant provides long-term support, usually over a 10-year period. The aim of the grant is to enable research environments to be developed, renewed andstabilized
