HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION We collect information using cookies and chameleon tags (please see the information below in the chameleon section). We collect it for monitoring our campaigns for optimization purposes and fraud checks, for showing to the affiliate their revenues for promoting our campaigns, for monitoring our revenues, for crosschecking our registrations vs the ones tracked by the advertiser. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We only see this information in our affiliate platform (HasOffers by TUNE) and use it for the aforementioned reasons. HOW WE STORE INFORMATION AND FOR HOW LONG This information is stored in ForestView's Affiliate platform (HasOffers by TUNE). HOW WE SECURE INFORMATION For the information stored in our affiliate platform (HasOffers by TUNE) please check https://www.tune.com/gdpr/. We are able to delete any information if the publisher or advertiser requests it. WITH WHOM WE SHARE THE INFORMATION We share the conversion information with the advertisers for crosschecking them. We don’t share it with anyone else. The information is only visible by ForestView's affiliate platforms administators (ForestView's employees) and by the account users (only the information that occurs by their promotion). This information is only accessible by the affiliates. Each affiliate is able to see and not process the information that relates to hispromotion.
The information may be shared with the corresponding advertiser. We confirm that the advertiser has signed an NDA and is legally bind tonot share it.

We send out newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with promotional information (hereinafter "Newsletter") subject to the consent of the recipient or a legal permission. After you fill the Registration Form available in our website (forestview.eu/registeren ), within 72 hours you will receive an automated reply via email informing you about you application status (approved or rejected) and giving you information about how to login in the affiliate platform. This email is an automated notification generated by our affiliate platform (HasOffers by Tune). Please refer to TUNE’s Privacy Policy for more information (https://www.tune.com/gdpr/) Once your application to register our affiliate network is approved, you are automatically approved to receiving emails and newsletters. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter you can either contact your account manager or opt-out in the end of the newsletter. The registration for our newsletter is handled through a so-called double opt-in procedure, which means you will receive an e-mail after your registration in our affiliate network, in which you will be asked to confirm your registration once again. The registrations for the newsletter are recorded in order to prove the accurate registration process according to legal requirements. This includes storing the time of logon and confirmation. Furthermore changes to the data stored by Mailchimp are being recorded. MailChimp uses this information to send out and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them independently or transfer data to third parties. 2.4 CHAMELEON
For chameleon technology, please refer to site. When a user visits a site that is tagged with chameleon codes and that is the landing page of one of our affiliate networks campaigns or interacts with a chameleon banner (available as dynamic banner in the interface of the corresponding campaign in our affiliate platform) on one of our publishers websites (by publishers we mean the users who participate in our affiliate network as publishers and promote our affiliate campaigns), the information we collect is the following:* Site

* Product ids (the last 3 are used when conversion is a sale). We record each impression of chameleon banners. For each impression we store campaign name, affiliate id, banner size, banner variation, banner algorithm and the existence of remarketing cookies in user’sbrowser.
We record conversion data with the chameleon thankyou page tracking code. For each conversion we may store: site, IP, conversion type (eg. subscription, visit), hour, order id, sales amount, product ids (the last 3 are used when conversion is a sale). For a specific implementations we also store a unique id (uuid) that identifies auser’s browser.
Chameleon collects user-anonymous information (not names). The only user-related data stored are uuid and IP for chameleon campaignsconversions.
HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION The information is collected using the following cookies. * Category: stores product ids of a category page * Product: stores product id of a product page * Cart: stores product ids in cart * Thankyou: Installed in thankyou page and stores the sale’sproduct ids
We use them for retargeting and campaign optimization reasons. The uuid we collect in some cases is anonymous and does not match real persons. We collect it in order to extract general statistical results on users’ behavior, eg. the average time that a user touched by a campaign needs to convert. IPs are used for generating geo statistical reports. We collect them from the chameleon tracking code for thankyou pages. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use this information for optimization and tracking reasons.In more detail:
Ip, order_id and product ids are used to crosscheck the conversion that may occur with the respective advertisers. The rest are used to optimize campaigns in order to increase advertisers deliverables depending on the campaign’s KPI’s. We also use it to build marketing reports and feed algorithms for optimizing advertising campaigns. HOW WE STORE INFORMATION AND FOR HOW LONG Chameleon tracking codes mainly store cookies in user’s (as described above) browser. They also run tracking codes of other platforms (google, facebook) that store user data in their systems. We collect and store in our databases only data per banner impression (from banners) and conversion data (from thankyou page trackingcodes).
Also information is stored in MongoDB and MySQL databases. All Chameleon data are stored for lifetime (until manually removed when a decision is made to clear them) except banner impressions that are kept for 3-6 months and then are backed up to zip archives. Also all the information is registered in our affiliate platform (HasOffers by TUNE). How long: For the information stored in our affiliate platform, please refer to HasOffers Privacy Policy HOW WE SECURE INFORMATION For the information stored in our databases: all databases need authentication to access. Database backups exist in FV server and in Amazon S3 (ForestView's account). Access is allowed only to authenticated users. WITH WHOM WE SHARE THE INFORMATION Chameleon raw data are not shared with anyone outside the company. Summary reports generated from the data are shared to relevantclients.
3.
