PROGRAM INFORMATION

The paramedic program is a rigorous 15 to 18 month. sequence of instruction, with entry in the Fall quarter only. The course work is intense with very detailed and difficult information covered over a brief period of time. It is highly recommended that students arrange their finances, work schedules and personal commitments with careful FOOTHILL | BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT About the Program. Biology is the study of living organisms, their relationship to each other and the broader environment.. Studying biology prepares you for careers in the health professions, teaching, forestry, agriculture, environmental protection and conservation, wildlife biology, biotechnology, basic research, and more. SELECTING A COLLEGE MAJOR Talk with professionals the the career areas you are pursuing. 3. Evaluate. Narrow dow your list to three possible majors. Align your majors to your academic strengths, abilities ad values. Evaluate the pros and cons for each major. 4. Develop an Action Plan. Be proactive when researching your major.

The TTW Program is a 12-month program designed for people with disabilities who can function independently on a college campus but may not currently have the ability to succeed in a traditional

college classroom.
