SANITATION OF COMMERCIAL FROZEN YOGURT MACHINES Disassemble and wash them. Use brushes to get into the nooks and crannies. Once cleaned, rinse these in a solution of water and sanitizer. Let them sit about 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water and allow to air dry. When reassembling soft serve or froyo machine, you will also need to properly lubricate machine. USING BOTTLE CLEANERS TO REDUCE CONTAMINATION PRIOR TO Prior to the filling process, liquid containers need to be clean to avoid contamination, including bottles and other types of containers. The ideal way to eliminate any contaminants from bottles prior to filling with products is to use bottle cleaners, which can remove dust and other particles that can result in product spoilage and potentialliability problems.
