Set aside ¼ of the marinade (and place in separate sealed container in fridge) Cover raw chicken with remaining marinade in a sealed container and place in fridge to marinate overnight (8 hours) Remove chicken from marinade and dispose of used marinade. PICNIC HAM WITH GLAZE Pour ¾ cup of water into the bottom of the baking dish. Cover roasting pan with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour. This allows the rind to be removed easily. Meanwhile, make the glaze. After baking for 1 hour, take the ham out of the oven and remove the foil. Peel off BUTTER TART BUNDT CAKE In a medium pot on stove top, add 1 tsp vanilla to ¼ cup and 2 Tblsp whipping cream, heat to medium low, then add 2 Tblsp and 2 tsp butter. In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs, and 1 ½ cups brown sugar. Add egg mixture to warm cream mixture and simmer on low, then add 1 ½ tsp vinegar and whisk in 2 tsp of cornstarch. EASY CHICKEN QUESADILLAS Reduce to medium- low, cover and cook with lid for a few minutes (3 minutes approximately) then gently flip. * if a little filling falls out, don't worry, just put it back in. Sprinkle ⅓ of the remaining cheese on top and put the lid back on and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat for other quesadillas. UKRAINIAN BORSCHT SOUP WITH BEEF Reduce to medium and add drained ground beef and drained broccoli slaw. Continue to simmer on medium for about 15 minutes until broccoli slaw pieces are tender. Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk (if desired). Remove bay leaf and serve with dollop (about 1-2 tsp) of greek yogurt or light sour cream, if desired. BREAD MACHINE BREAD WITH ONIONS & OLIVES Instructions. (Makes a 1b loaf) Add all ingredients in order given. This is critical! When adding salt, pour it around the outer edge of mixture, away from yeast. When adding sugar, pour it around the outer edge of mixture, away from yeast (opposite the salt) Yeast should beadded last.

Marinade. Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside ¼ of the marinade (and place in separate sealed container in fridge) Cover raw chicken with remaining marinade in a sealed container and place in fridge to marinate overnight (8 hours) Remove chicken from marinade and dispose of used marinade. PICNIC HAM WITH GLAZE Pour ¾ cup of water into the bottom of the baking dish. Cover roasting pan with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour. This allows the rind to be removed easily. Meanwhile, make the glaze. After baking for 1 hour, take the ham out of the oven and remove the foil. Peel off BUTTER TART BUNDT CAKE In a medium pot on stove top, add 1 tsp vanilla to ¼ cup and 2 Tblsp whipping cream, heat to medium low, then add 2 Tblsp and 2 tsp butter. In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs, and 1 ½ cups brown sugar. Add egg mixture to warm cream mixture and simmer on low, then add 1 ½ tsp vinegar and whisk in 2 tsp of cornstarch. EASY CHICKEN QUESADILLAS Reduce to medium- low, cover and cook with lid for a few minutes (3 minutes approximately) then gently flip. * if a little filling falls out, don't worry, just put it back in. Sprinkle ⅓ of the remaining cheese on top and put the lid back on and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat for other quesadillas. UKRAINIAN BORSCHT SOUP WITH BEEF Reduce to medium and add drained ground beef and drained broccoli slaw. Continue to simmer on medium for about 15 minutes until broccoli slaw pieces are tender. Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk (if desired). Remove bay leaf and serve with dollop (about 1-2 tsp) of greek yogurt or light sour cream, if desired. ASIAN PAN-FRIED SALMON PATTIES Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Add the remaining 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil to the pan, and cook the rest of the salmon cakes, 5 minutes on each side. Place yogurt into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, ginger, garlic, REAL FOOD.
